"Sul Vulcano" Bianco, Donnafrugata, Sicily

A straw yellow colour with golden reflections, has an elegant bouquet with mineral notes of flint, citrus notes of mandarin and delicate tertiary notes of honey and hay given by the long refinement. On the palate it is enveloping, fresh and sapid, with a marked minerality and persistence; a white wine that expresses great finesse and complexity.
